Overview

The project involved the implementation of a comprehensive Scorecard and Performance Management System designed to manage and monitor strategic pillars, initiatives, activities, and sub-activities through a centralized digital platform.

The system provides a clear multi-level hierarchy where strategic pillars are managed by designated owners, initiatives are assigned to focal points, and detailed activities are allocated to employees for execution. Each stage is supported by approval workflows to ensure proper review and governance. Role-based dashboards provide users and management with real-time visibility into progress and performance across the organization.
