Institute management system is for managing the compete process of a Training institute from student registration to scheduling courses, instructors, managing attendance, result and invoicing The system helps you to manage training tasks and related compliance by automating and streamlining process from start to finish.

Business Need

The requirement of the client was to have a software which is completely designed to automate the management process from student nomination, course management, schedule management, trainee management, instructor management, billing to document management with many more features.

Solution

The system developed ins a compete online system which can be used by all branches in the institute in multiple locations. The entire functioning of the institute is run by the online institute management system. The system is used to manage all operations starting from creating courses, assigning fees, scheduling courses, scheduling instructors, creating companies, registering students, nomination student for courses, creating class rosters, updating attendance, updating results, all type of reports for management and staff, generating and printing trial and original invoices. This is a fully online system completely developed from scratch by our development team in Asp.net and MSSql. All the institutions are using this system to manage their entire branches whole over Oman. Payment gateway is integrated for online payment. Companies sending their staff will also have account to nomination students directly and view their invoices.
