The Challenge

Recruitment opportunities within the oil and gas sector are published by multiple operating companies, each potentially using different recruitment systems and processes. For job seekers, this can make it difficult to continuously identify relevant opportunities across the sector and manage applications through several different platforms.

At the same time, participating companies require an efficient mechanism for publishing vacancies, receiving candidate applications through their existing recruitment environments, and communicating application status updates.

The requirement was therefore to establish a centralized recruitment platform capable of integrating multiple oil and gas companies while maintaining connectivity with their respective recruitment systems.

The Solution

Kwader was developed as a centralized recruitment gateway that brings employment opportunities from participating oil and gas companies into a single digital platform.

When a candidate selects and applies for an opportunity, the application is electronically transferred to the respective company's recruitment system for further processing. The integration also allows recruitment status updates from participating companies to be reflected within Kwader, enabling candidates to conveniently monitor the progress of their applications.

The platform is integrated with 12 oil and gas companies, allowing job opportunities from participating companies to be automatically received and published on Kwader. Candidates can therefore visit one platform to discover employment opportunities available across multiple companies within the sector.
