Most Organisations in Oman do manual Auditing process where companies have to prepare all documents manually and physically auditor in order to know the findings. Company has to submit hard copy of the contracts and all process such as auditing, approval, preparing documents etc was fully manual process or some company had systems to do only few areas. The requirement was to fully automate the Audit process and to make the complete process online.

Solutions

This online system was then developed to manage the entire Audit process. It involves creating contracts to Auditing the contracts and approval of results. Workflows are configuring for evaluation with multiple level approval. The system was customized exactly as per company's existing workflow so that the companies didn't have to change their process since the system was developed to meet their existing process. User can create the Contracts online and select the Auditor which can able to do the audit. Selected Auditor can view the contract, do the auditing and send for approval online. User can able to view audit result online.
